Things to do in Essex

Essex has a number of lovely villages set in quiet attractive landscapes. Saffron Walden, Audley End, Finchingfield, Dedham, Burnham-on-Crouch, Coggeshall and Castle Hedingham to name a few. The best landscape can be found on the border with Suffolk in the Stour Valley - Constable country. Other attractions include the toy museum at Stansted, the wildlife park at Widdington, the farm park at South Weald and the Heybridge barge basin at Maldon.
