East Sussex's main towns are seaside resorts
and the main industry is tourism. East Sussex has a mixture of
seaside resorts with laid-back beach life backed by unspoilt countryside.

a number of campsites and caravan parks. Visitors can enjoy a
selection that includes historic castles such as Herstmonceux
Castle, scenic Steam railway lines like the Bluebell line or wander
around the many historic houses with parkland gardens. East Sussex
offers traditional attractions, historic heritage sites, wild
and sophisticated city life along with the relaxing countryside
retreats all within its borders.
